Shipping Information

caitlin boyd jewellery design securely ships our items all over the world with certified couriers and Express Post in Australia. We require a signature on delivery and will provide you with tracking information for your parcel.

Once you place an order for a ready to ship beautifully made piece of our jewellery, we will package it securely and get it ready for courier pick up or express posting. We will send you the tracking details for your package so you can watch your items on their way to you. At anytime you can contact us to talk about shipping or packaging arrangements. We also love to hear from you once you receive your item, as each price it individually made, each piece has a lot invested in it from us and we want you to enjoy it always.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom orders and personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not exchange or refund due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase on custom makes or personalised items.

Resizing:

We advise you to visit Caitlin or your local jeweller to have your finger professionally sized. caitlin boyd jewellery design offers 1

complimentary resize on all custom jewellery pieces over $2,000. Any returns for resizing after 1 month will be charged accordingly and

within reason.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • caitlin boyd jewellery design is not liable for any loss caused to the customer or anyone else from any delays caused by unforeseen labour disputes, non-availability of materials or any other cause beyond our control.

  • caitlin boyd jewellery design manufactures, hand-made jewellery in accordance with pre-agreed customer specifications. Under Australian Consumer Law, our items must be appropriate for their intended use and of an acceptable quality. They cannot be accepted for return unless they are of an unacceptable quality within the meaning of Australian Consumer Law. If the sold goods are not of an acceptable quality, you have the right to seek the remedies provided under Australian Consumer Law. Such warranty does not include the cost of restoration or repairs required as a result of anticipated wear and tear; or due to wilful damage, misuse or accident.

  • To best protect your investment, it is recommended a qualified jeweller undertakes an annual complimentary inspection of the item(s). This includes a full polish and clean of the piece, as well as checking/tightening of stones and assessment of claws and bands for any damage or weaknesses.
